  I've rented the same unit from Property Resources Inc. for almost four years now with little in the way of negative experiences. From the start, my property manager was willing to work with me to amend the language of the lease to reflect a particular payment schedule we worked out. For the most part, any repairs or required maintenance work has been handled competently and on time. However, I did have a particularly unpleasant experience with one member of their team who is no longer there. Because Property Resources took the appropriate steps of letting that employee go shortly after my interaction with him, I won't go into details. In the end, I was impressed that Property Resources was self-aware enough to recognize how toxic this person was and the need to change gears. Since then, my experience has been very pleasant. I plan on continuing to rent the same unit from them for at least one more year beginning in August 2017 and would certainly recommend them to friends.
