  Meh, The only reason this Branch was good was because they offered free parking to Chase customers below, even for shopping along the Mall. I thought that was a really nice perk. And they have decent teller staff. Now they strictly only offer free parking for banking services. Even though they have 15+ spots in the Garage that they will never fill. They changed this without informing anyone, so when I got back after a few hours I had racked up a good parking bill.

  Crystal was amazing! I had a lot of things to get done and I was in and out in 30min. I had a charge from withdrawing money from a "non-Chase ATM", but I had withdrawn from the drive through there at Chase. Crystal not only took care of that charge, but took care of another one in good faith. What great customer service!! I've had a few bad customer experiences with banks in the past, but this Chase branch far exceeds all expectations I had. Couldn't believe how helpful and how quick they were at lunch hour! Thanks for all your help and I will be asking for Crystal again in the future. Pros: -Quick -They validate parking (just go scan it by the phone) -No fee printing checks (can vary by account I believe, but Crystal was going to waive it for me for the Chase charge!) -Signed up for a credit card in minutes! -GREAT customer service -I had no questions when I left - they covered everything so well! Highly recommend.
