  If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service is just depressing. Chase accepted the deposit of a check in our account which was endorsed by my husband. The check went through (no pending status) We then transferred the money to a separate savings account at another bank. 2 days later Chase took the money back! Said that the check was missing endorsements. Our account is now thousands in the hole. This branch did not help at all, there were no apologies, they did not go above and beyond and said I would have to wait for regular mail to send me a copy of the check to endorse. My husband went to a different location and that location was amazing. They apologized, promised to overnight us a copy of the check to re-endorse so that we could be back to good tomorrow. They went above and beyond. Do not go to this branch if you have an issue! Better yet if this is the only branch option for you, open an account with First Bank.
