  Joel Ripmaster and his superlative team of professional brokers were very efficient and courteous in every matter in listing and selling my home last fall in north Boulder which was a temendous overall experience from day one in the late spring until the closing in September, 2013. Joel's expertise 'carried the ball' for me from the first day to the final horn which I really appreciated because it can be such a personal 'loss' if you have to be concerned about each and every detail in the showings, the qualifications, the declarations, and the inspectuions prior to closing day which might prove to be an emotional one under some circumstances.

  I had the great fortune to work with Joel Ripmaster on the sale of my home several years ago. Joel was an invaluable asset throughout the entire transaction, as was his assistant/business partner Jennifer Fly and the whole Colorado Landmark, Realtors staff. The market in my neighborhood at the time was depressed, and has since not improved much. I desperately needed to sell. Despite being in a challenging area Joel and Jennifer employed a variety of innovative marketing tactics to make sure my home had the right market exposure. When it comes to negotiating a transaction and dealing with contentious buyers there is quite simply no one better than Joel in Boulder real estate. At the 11th hour when the buyers tried to throw a wrench in the deal Joel handled the situation with finesse and professionalism, and kept me calm too, which was no easy task! Thanks to both Joel and Jennifer for being the consummate real estate professionals and using your depth of experience, local Boulder real estate market knowledge, and superior personalized customer service to result in a successful transaction and a great experience!

  Nancy Kate Rau is a knowledgeable, capable, insightful, well-organized and gracious real estate agent. I was living out of state when I contacted her about buying a house in Boulder and she was very easy to communicate with through emails and phone calls, always responding promptly and providing us with thorough, helpful answers to our many questions. When I contacted her, we had already begun perusing the Boulder housing market through various real estate websites. Right away, Nancy Kate set up a ‘mySite’ for us with detailed information on all the properties we were already interested in as well as a number of other properties that fit our search criteria that we had not seen before. Nancy Kate updated the mySite daily with relevant new properties as soon as they became available. During a short trip to Boulder, Nancy Kate arranged viewings of all the properties we were interested in and spent all day with us looking at 12 houses in all (at least one of which I added to the list more than half way through the day). Not only did Nancy Kate provide helpful insight into the quality of the houses we looked at, but since she has lived all around Boulder and Nederland, she also had helpful input on the benefits and drawbacks of living in various locations. Once we decided on a home, Nancy Kate provided us with solid guidance throughout the process of making an offer to closing, actually being present in our place for the inspection and closing since we were out of state. Overall, I found Nancy Kate to be a wonderful real estate agent to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

  Great people work here! Colorado Landmark Brokers gives me an amazing feel of professionalism...from the first point of contact to the last, really great to deal with....always helpful. I hear they are working on a great new website. Can't wait to see it.
