  Dave was thorough, professional, and transparent from beginning to end during the sale of our townhouse. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Boulder area - as he is so knowledgeable about the market and the entire transaction. Few walk away from a real estate transaction feeling great about it, but we did with Dave.

  Working with Dave Fish was a pleasure! Dave was a consummate professional that knew what to do and when to do it regarding the sale of our Longmont home. At the same time, he's like an old friend you've just met! Communicating was easy and clear. Dave was available 24/7 and guided me every step of the way.
